The Beginning
Rain! As I put together my blog page I thought I heard the wonderful sound of rain on my windows. Being a bit hard of hearing, I thought I was mistaken until the tap tap tap became a slap slap slap. My husband, Scott, and I about knocked each other over trying to get to the deck door to see if indeed it was raining. One whiff of the air yielded the sweet smell of a summer storm. Love that smell, love that sound, and love that my outside plants are getting a long drink of water.

I wish I was hearing that right now....we need rain. Anyway, after some confusion, and me commenting on the wrong blogs, Nick is here! I'm starting at the bottom, and working my way up, but it 'sounds' as if you are very creative with your writing, so I can't wait to read the rest of your blog!
